TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Blended Lengths, including hair extension services, 1-1 training (both in-person and online), and any other services offered. By booking or attending any service, you agree to the following:
Hair Extension Services
​
1. Consultation: A consultation is required before any hair extension services. A non-refundable consultation deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the hair extension service, should you choose to proceed with the service.

2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all hair extension services. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service.
​
3. Full Payment: The remaining balance for your hair extension service must be paid in full on the day of the appointment unless otherwise agreed upon. If full payment is not received, the service will not be provided.
​
4.Cancellation/Rescheduling:
• Before the Appointment: If you need to cancel or reschedule your hair extension appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.
• No-Show: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and the full cost of the service. The appointment cannot be rescheduled without payment of the full amount for a new appointment.

5. Lateness: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, the service may be refused, and full payment will still be taken. Please ensure you arrive on time to allow the full service to be completed.

6. Aftercare: After your hair extensions are applied, you will be given an aftercare guide. It is your responsibility to follow the aftercare instructions to ensure the longevity and quality of the extensions. Failure to follow the aftercare guidelines may result in the loss of quality, and Blended Lengths or the supplier will not be liable.

7. Maintenance: Regular maintenance appointments are required to keep your extensions in good condition. Maintenance appointments must be scheduled and attended within the recommended time frame, and failure to do so may result in additional charges.

8. Guarantee: While Blended Lengths guarantees the application of the extensions, we do not guarantee the hair’s performance if aftercare guidelines and maintenance schedules are not followed. The quality of the hair cannot be guaranteed if proper care is not taken.
Training (In-Person & Online)
​
1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all 1-1 training sessions, either in-person or online. The deposit secures your spot and is applied to the total cost of the training.

2. Full Payment: The full balance for the training session must be paid at least 1 week before the scheduled date. Failure to make full payment on time may result in the cancellation of your training session.
​
3. Cancellation/Rescheduling Prior to Full Payment: If you need to cancel or reschedule your training session before full payment is made, your deposit will be forfeited. Once full payment has been made, no cancellations or rescheduling will be allowed for a refund. This policy is in place because the entire day is reserved exclusively for your training, and it is difficult to fill the spot at short notice.

4. Cancellation/Rescheduling After Full Payment: Once full payment is received, cancellations or rescheduling requests will not be accepted for a refund. If you cancel or reschedule after full payment, the full amount will be forfeited.

5. No-Show: If you do not attend your training session without prior notice, the full payment will be forfeited, and the session cannot be rescheduled. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
​
6. Lateness: Arriving late to your training session may result in a shortened session, and the full cost of the training will still apply. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be refused, and no refund will be issued.

7. Confidentiality: All materials and techniques shared during your training session are confidential and cannot be shared, replicated, or distributed without prior written consent from Blended Lengths. This includes any trade secrets, methods, or processes taught during the session. By attending the training, you agree not to share any information, photos, or videos received or learned during the session with others, whether publicly or privately, unless explicitly allowed by Blended Lengths.

8. Consent for Images and Videos: By participating in the training, you consent to the use of images and videos taken during the session for social media, promotional materials, and training purposes. These may be shared on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and other marketing channels. If you do not consent, please inform us in advance.

Online Training Courses
​
1. Payment and Access: All online courses provided by Blended Lengths must be paid for in full prior to accessing the course material. Access to the course will only be granted after full payment has been received.
​
2. No Refunds: Once payment has been made for an online course, there will be no refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing the course, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
​
3. Refresher Courses: Refresher courses will only be provided to individuals who have previously completed a training session and hold a valid certificate for the specific method being refreshed. If you do not have a valid certificate for the method in question, you will not be granted access to the refresher course and no refund will be provided.

Tape Tabs & Product Orders

Processing & Dispatch: Orders are processed as quickly as possible. While we aim to dispatch orders the next working day, we advise allowing up to 7 working days for delivery.

Delivery Service: All orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed For, which requires a signature upon delivery. This is to ensure safe and secure receipt of your order. The £4.97 delivery fee covers this service and is not for standard First Class postage.

Order Confirmation: A confirmation email is automatically sent after checkout. If you do not receive it, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us for assistance.

Delays & Lost Items: While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or external courier services. If an order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will investigate.

Refunds & Returns: Due to hygiene reasons, tape tabs and other hair-related products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

Urgent Orders: If you require tape tabs urgently, please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability and estimated delivery times. We recommend ordering in advance to avoid delays.

General Terms
​
1. Health and Safety: You are responsible for informing us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities that may affect your hair extension service or training session. It is also your responsibility to follow any health and safety instructions provided by Blended Lengths during your appointment or training.

2. Personal Belongings: Blended Lengths is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during appointments or training sessions.
​
3. Photo/Video Consent: By booking or attending a service or training, you consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during your appointment or session for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us prior to your appointment or session.
​
4. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or other methods accepted by Blended Lengths. All payments must be processed before any service or training is provided.
​
5. Online Training: For online training sessions, you are responsible for ensuring you have the required technology and internet access to attend the session. Blended Lengths is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s end, and refunds will not be issued for such issues.
​
6. Indemnity: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you indemnify Blended Lengths against any loss, injury, or damage caused as a result of your own actions or failure to follow aftercare instructions and training guidelines.

7. Changes to Terms: Blended Lengths reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients prior to their next appointment or training session.

By booking a service or training session with Blended Lengths, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
